HOW DO I USE THE BOARD CALENDAR ARCHIVE?

Using your mouse, click a date on the calendar. Bold numbers on the calendar indicate days with one or more scheduled meetings. Change the calendar month or year using the arrows.
Once a date is selected, scheduled meeting(s) for the day will appear in the box labeled "Scheduled Meetings". In the "Scheduled Meetings" box, click on a meeting with your mouse to view the meeting details and any supporting documents (I.E. Agenda, Minutes etc.)
Downloading supporting documents is simple! With a meeting selected, any supporting documents for the meeting will be visible in the "Supporting Documents" box. Using your mouse, click on the document title to begin the download.
