Who Funds School Based Services?
In partnership with the Bend/La Pine and Redmond School Districts, Deschutes County Mental Health provides school-based assessment, consultation and counseling services for children and youth demonstrating mental health related problems. Mental health therapists are assigned to specific schools identified by the school districts, where treatment is provided for students who would otherwise not have access to mental health care.
