Early Assessment and Support Alliance(EASA)

What is the purpose of the Early Assessment and SupportAlliance(EASA)?

EASA is a wellness focused prevention program. The EASA team offers support services to individuals ages 15-25, who suffer from the kind of psychosis that would lead to schizophrenia if left untreated. Our team works closely with the young person’s family and view family   as key team members in treatment. Early effective treatment helps young people to graduate from school, keep their friends, maintain family unity and, have successful careers and lives in our communities.

  • Outreach and Education
  • Trust Building
  • Medical evaluation/medication management
  • Academic and Vocational Support
  • Multi-family groups
  • Peer support network

 

Who Will Benefit From The Program?

Teenagers and adults who are experiencing or have experienced their first psychotic break within the past 12 months, their family members, friends and greater community that are engaged in their well-being.

 

Who Can Access EASA Services?

Residents of Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties.

 

What Fees Are There?

 

There are no fees or changes for eligible clients.
