Manufactured Structures

County Assessment and tax offices are now processing ownership title and movement transactions on manufactured structures for the State of Oregon. Due to the time and resources these transactions require, please be advised that Deschutes County is not able to process most transactions while you wait.  Every effort will be made to complete your transaction within 2-3 business days. All required forms are available in the lobby outside of the Tax Office, and can be obtained on the web at www.bcd.oregon.gov/lois. The County's Manufactured Structure representative is available for questions on ownership title and movement transactions at (541) 388-6540.
