The Deschutes County Adult Jail was built in 1994 and has a capacity of 228 beds.  We expect inmates to demonstrate individual responsibility and rational behavior.  The programs we provide are designed to help inmates make positive changes in their behavior.

 

Deschutes County has professional staff that share a commitment to public service and provide a safe and secure environment for the citizens of our jurisdiction.
