Comments:    County financing is available. Vacant double lot. Restrictive Covenant applies (TDC). On-site system not allowed. Buyer must treat wildfire fuels.

This may be a buildable lot.  If Grantee(s) wish to redistribute the TDC restrictive covenant held by Grantees so that the TDC restrictive covenant applies to allow only one septic system and one dwelling on Lots 8 and 9, Grantee shall replat Lots 8 and 9 to remove the property line that separates the two lots and create one legal lot.
