State Office of Services to Children and Families (SOSCF)

The Adult Treatment Program is a partner along with SOSCF and the Deschutes County Health Department in facilitating the Family Support Team (FST). The FST is a multi-agency team offering "wrap around" services to SOSCF families. Parents with substance abuse/neglect concerns qualify for this voluntary program.
