Aerial Photography
Deschutes County's GIS Program utilizes aerial imagery to support many program needs. All imagery is ortho rectified and can easily be used with other County data.

What's available for Deschutes County?
County staff presently utilizes 2004 color imagery at 1/2 foot pixel resolution for areas within the City of Bend and 2007 color imagery at 1/2 foot pixel for the City of Redmond. For other areas in the county our staff utilize 2005 USGS Digital Orthophoto Quads (DOQs) in color at 1/2 meter pixel resolution.
All of our imagery has been projected to the State Plane Oregon South coordinate system.

- 2005 USGS Deschutes County DOQs;
- 2004 City of Bend DOQs;
- 2007 City of Redmond DOQs;

RASTER DATASETS
2005 USGS DOQs
The 2005 DOQs are available for purchase from Deschutes County. The digital aerial photography is in Tiff image format with images available by USGS quad. The images are in color and are at half meter resolution.
COST: $75 for 1st Quad
$50 each additional Quad
