There are many tools available to find information and history regarding a property.  Here are links to a few:

 

CDD Documents ]

All documents that come through the Community Development Department are scanned and available to the public.  You can access them through the Community Development Department's (CDD) DevDocs application.

Survey Documents ]

All surveys and plats are recorded with the Survey Department.  All of these documents are scanned and made available to the public. You can access them through the Survey Department's document retrieval application.

Clerk Recorded Documents ]

All documents that come through the County Clerk's office are scanned and available to the public.  You can access them through the Clerk's office Web Recordings application.  This application requires a username and password that you can acquire from the County Clerk.

Property Reports ]

The DIAL Assessor Inquiry System application provides property reports to the public which are generated from the Assessor department, Tax Department and Community Development Department databases.

Property Maps ]

The LAVA GIS application provides interactive property maps and reports to the public.  Information such as zoning, acreage, snowload, etc. can be found with the LAVA application. 

Tax Maps ]

All of the tax maps that are created by the Assessor's Cartography department are scanned and available to the public through the Tax Map application.

Road Maps ]

The Road GIS application provides emergency service maps to the public.
