Building Construction
Our Building Safety Division, is the governmental agency established to administer and enforce all laws and regulations pertaining to the construction, use, or occupancy of all buildings - public and private - within the limits of Deschutes County.

The job of the Building Safety staff is to interpret and enforce the state mandated building codes and to provide construction plan review, consultation and inspection to assure compliance with these codes.
