• The locations of the roads represented on these maps are for pictorial purposes only. This is solely an index showing the APPROXIMATE location of these roads. The original surveys on file at the Deschutes County Road Department must be consulted for an accurate determination of the location of these right-of-ways.
• The Legacy Road data does not reflect subsequent right-of-way dedications or vacations. To perform a complete analysis of any given road’s right-of-way, a thorough search of subdivision plats, partition plats, and deed records should be undertaken.
• Please verify all right-of-way information from this web site with the Deschutes County Road Department.
