The District Attorney's office is responsible for enforcing the laws of Oregon, supporting the Constitution and upholding and enforcing the integrity of the judicial and correctional systems.

The office reviews police reports alleging violations of laws within the County's boundaries, prosecutes crimes and violations reported therein, upholds court orders and provides a Victim Assistance Program.
